Dating to the 1960s, the piece features an exquisite multi-layered border crafted from ice-textured frosted glass panels accented by an alternating geometric pattern. Sharp, starburst-like gilded triangles point inward toward the pristine central glass, balanced by beautifully embossed, circular brass rosettes stamped with classical botanical motifs.
The contrast between the rough, shimmering ice-textured glass and the polished gold-toned accents creates a wonderful interplay of light, mimicking a stylised, modern sunburst.
