Dining table with a clear plate glass top and stainless steel legs by Marco Zanuso. At the end of the 1960s Marco Zanuso– ‘design incarnate’ – came along. “Zanuso took the formal configuration of the object back to the fundamental geometries of the circle, square and rectangle. Having found the technology to directly weld crystal and steel together, the design process was oriented towards finding a way to attach the supporting legs to the surface top, resulting in a stainless steel base with one side fixed to the crystal top, and the other screwed to the steel leg” (Stefano Casciani). A table innovative in its construction, with the ability to be dismantled, “conceived and constructed like a modern building.”
The overall condition is good but there are some light scratches to the glass table top. These are hard to photograph but you can see them in one of the images.

The delivery fee's are set up based on the size of the item, for smaller items delivery is £30 (paintings and decorative accessories), for medium sized items (chairs or coffee tables) delivery will be £60 and for larger items (dining tables and sofas) delivery is £80.
